Equipment Rentals
Our studio boasts a diverse array of lighting fixtures, including LED, HMU, and Tungsten options, with a combined output of over 25,000W available in-house. Additionally, our Tungsten fixtures range from 150W to 5000W, while HMU fixtures span from 575W to 1800W. Complementing our lighting offerings, we provide comprehensive grip rentals akin to what's found in a 2-tonne grip truck, featuring stands in 750, 2K, and 5K sizes, frames ranging from 4x4 to 20x20, along with a variety of clamps and rigging options.
Pre-Lit Grid
Our studio has a 4x8 lighting grid suspended above the floor. It's attached to the studio's I-beam at a safe height of 16 feet, reachable with a ladder. The ceiling has four dedicated 20-amp circuits strategically placed, plus one for our pre-installed cyc lights. The cyc is equipped with 5 Aputure P600C RGBWW LED panels, providing sufficient light for shooting at F 5.6, ISO 800, and 60 frames per second.

Our studio is equipped with a handy garage door, making loading and unloading a breeze—ideal for fitting in picture vehicles or large equipment. Situated conveniently off the highway and offering plenty of parking space, we make logistics a breeze for your productions.

Ceilings are 18’ high. The I-beam extends down to just above 16’ meaning the grid is hung at ~ 16’

The cyc is 34’ long 22’ wide and 16’ high with a left hand cove. The transition from the ground to the wall is very gradual meaning you can get a true seamless look.

The studio is equipped with a 3-phase 200 amp service. There are 6 x 20amp circuits on the studio floor as well as 4 x 20amp circuits in the grid. The 5 x pre-hung cyc lights are on their own dedicated 208v circuit. There is also 2 x 60amp circuit terminated in a Joy connection on the studio floor. Cabling and distro for this connection can be rented from us.

For a studio of this size the sound is excellent. The room itself has very little ambient noise. We have contained our transformer noise using a sound treated room so it is not audible in any sound recording. The studio has a brand new HVAC system that makes noise, but simple needs to be turned off between takes. We are in a very quiet part of the city set away from any busy roads. The street itself is seldom used so traffic noise is very rare. We have a great relationship with all of our neighbouurs. They know that sound is very important to our business so on the rare occasion they are making noise in their units we can work it out with them on your behalf.
